These terms and conditions apply to all orders. By using this site, you expressly accept and agree to abide by all the terms and conditions contained in this statement. By any circumstances that you bypass this Agreement, your use of this site still binds you to the terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site.

Se Faire Bella reserved the rights to vary these terms and conditions from time to time without notice. You should visit this page periodically to review the terms of your use. 

            

1.      How to place your order? 

It’s easy! Simply leave us a comment with the following details:

After your order has been processed, you will receive an e-mail invoice confirming your order details as well as the payment. Please kindly check your email inbox regularly after leaving comments.

Alternatively, you can transfer the amount to our DBS Savings Plus 066-5-022057 and drop us an email at sefaire_bella@ymail.com to let us know! =)

Please note that priority of items will be on a First Payment First Served basis. We will refund you in any case your items are out of stock.

2.      Pricing

All prices quoted are in Singapore dollars and are strictly non-negotiable.

An additional S$2.24 will be applicable for registered mail. Special packaging will be charged at additional cost (advance notice required).

3.      Payment options

DBS Savings Plus 066-5-022057: ATM/ ibanking 
       - A snapshot of the ATM receipt is REQUIRED for all ATM transfers
       - No interbank transfers allowed. Please kindly enquire with us before doing so.

4.      Free Registered Mail on orders over S$50

All Singapore customers’ orders of S$50 or more are eligible for free Singpost Registered Mail. The tracking numbers will be emailed to you for reference.

We strongly urge you to opt for registered mail. Se Faire Bella shall not be responsible for items lost or damaged via normal mail.

5.      Delivery of orders

Strictly no meet-ups.

Your orders will be mailed out within 72 hours/ 3 working days, Monday to Friday. Whilst we make every effort to deliver your items within such timescales, however, some delays are inevitable. 

Se Faire Bella shall not be liable for any loss or damaged, or any other special, consequential or incidental damages suffered by the Customers neither nor will we be responsible any consequences that are resulted from incorrect information provided by Customers.

6.      Cancellations and order changes

Submitted orders are considered final. No cancellations and order changes are allowed unless permission is granted by us (We will try to accommodate order changes or cancellation requests, but cannot guarantee our ability to complete them).

A 10% levy on total bill will be imposed for cancelled orders upon payment.

7.      Returns/Exchanges Policy

Unless the return is a result of an error on our part, Se Faire Bella will not entertain any returns/exchanges. We will make every effort to ensure that orders are correct before delivery.

For item(s) incorrectly supplied – Within 1 week after delivery of your order, you may return the item(s) purchased directly from Se Faire Bella for an exchange. It is your responsibility to ensure that the items are returned to us in saleable condition. When sending your return, please obtain a Proof of Postage in case the parcel fails to reach us, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

The delivery charge incurred for return will be refunded on receipt of the returned item. 

However, Se Faire Bella will not accept returns of the following:

(a)    any item that is returned more than 1 week after delivery; or

(b)    any item that is worn and soiled; or

(c)    any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

All images on this site are for illustration purposes only. We endeavour to show a true representation of the product on sale, however, variations may occur. Colour variations are often due to monitor display and photography lighting.
